Good N/Mo SS build?
Well with the popularity, and usefulness, of SS necros I wanted to take my own try at it. Although im not new to this game, ive never been to good at making builds. If anyone can, can you make me a N/Mo SS build, if it can be done, ebcause i am under the impression that Necro SS builds can only be witht eh mesmer secondary. Also would i be just wasting my time and instead go with N/Me for more damage output? Thanks.

It would make no sense for the SS necro to have a monk secondary because the soul reason of an SS is to have nice energy management and spike/degen/ dmg over time, making a n/mo ss would have low energy management, and why do u need to heal urself?

yeah when it comes to SS, the huge popularity of echo SS is for a very good reason. If you can group together the melee enemies next to casters, and throw down 4 SS's using echo once, they go down FAST.
I really think you gotta go echo with SS. It basically multiplies the effect of your core spell

It would all depend on where you're playing, N/mo builds can be very nice when using a solid tank (such as a book/gear holder) because you can use essense bond and have an infinite energy source, allowing more points into a secondary skill (you won't need as much soul reaping.)
With SS only requiring curses, you can use 2 attributes and either bring some prot to help the monks or some blood (for battery, also to help the monks.) SS has a fast recharge anyways, so echo isn't necessarily needed, but it does help if all you need to be doing is damage. For UW, most people go as a n/me because of Sympathetic Visage and Arcane Echo, for which you can see a nice tutorial here.

ok to all you guys who think N/Mo is useless cuz of energy management the awsner to that is simple, Essence bond i happen to use an N/Mo SS build and it works hella good cuz i can rez the 55monk unlimited amount of times
and it works hella good in UW

Blood, you don't need to start all over. I'm sure you know that you can switch secondaries once you reach Droks.
Personally, I have seperate SS and MM necros (they are 2 of my 4 slots), but I played both about the same way until I got to the farming spots when you then really specialize.
When doing the quests and progressing through the game, I'd just go with a hybrid blood/death build to raise some horrors, not even worry about healing them, and dealing blood and death damage (such as shadow strike, deadly plague, life siphon, and life transfer). It's really only when you are a farmer doing the farming builds where you have to worry about being set up just right.

hmmmmmmmmmmm
ive got an ss necro 55 health, (POWNS!!!!!)
i use:
spitefull spirit, indious parasite, vampiric touch, mending, balthazars spirit, escence bond, healing breeze and protective spirit
further im 55 health (like i said)
but the necro is on his greatest moves when he's lvl 18, than if you have all the runes, you are a 15 health necro, with prot spirit, you NEVER!! but than NEVER run out of health nor energy. in that time i got so much ecto's in underworld, but youre realy screwd up if you cant handle with shatter enchantments ect ect ect :/
